Mitchell set to sell family company to Aegis

Contrast this with Photon which remains in a trading halt and in the shit. Mitchells was a a business with a clear reason for being and a guy who was passionate about his trade in the driver's seat. It wasn't a 'play.' It wasn't driven by nonsense like 'synergies' and 'cross-selling.' Good for him.
