Kaleidoscope appoints Alan Riva as new CEO

ALAN RIVA H&S-web.jpgKaleidoscope Marketing Communications has completed its handover of the business with Alan Riva now formally taking on the role of CEO from Kylie Green. The move is part of the growth strategy at Kaleidoscope that, over the past 24 months, has seen it expand its traditional promotional solutions to an integrated offering that focuses on creating behavioural change across retail, live and data driven channels.

Says Riva: "I am excited to step into Kylie's shoes and to continue to work with the amazing talent we have amassed at Kaleidoscope. The leadership transition has been smooth and enjoyable as succession is something Kylie and I have been working on since my first day on the job two years ago. For our clients and everyone who knows Kaleidoscope, it is very much business as usual as we continue to develop solutions that create short and long term value for brands by connecting with their customers and managing ongoing customer relationships."
The evolution of the Kaleidoscope business has seen it become a key partner with clients including Emirates, Panasonic and Nivea. Kaleidoscope is widely known as a best in market agency creating and activating shopper marketing, brand experience, loyalty and coalition marketing campaigns, including the recent award winning campaign for Emirates picking up gongs on a local and international level.

Kaleidoscope has been successfully led by Kylie Green since 1998 and in 2008 Alan was brought on board to help drive the business forward. The combination of Alan's passion for delivering results for clients, wealth of experience across marketing disciplines and his business nouse will be integral to Kaleidoscope's next successful chapter.
