Vince Lagana departs Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney for plum Goodby Silverstein, San Francisco gig
After many years at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, top creative Vince Lagana has departed the agency to join Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, commencing work in mid November.
Lagana leaves the agency as one of its most awarded creatives, recognised by D&AD, Cannes, New York Festivals, London Festivals, Clio, The One Show, The Spikes and AWARD. This year Lagana – together with writer, Steve Jackson – walked away with five Gold lions at Cannes and another three gold at the Spikes for their Toyota Country Australia Border Security campaign, the agency’s most awarded campaign ever.
Lagana told CB: “It’s a little hard to leave Saatchi’s after so many great years. I’ve been lucky to have worked with so many talented people during my time here. But it’s time for me to pursue the next chapter in my career and I’m excited at the challenge to be doing it with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners”.

I remember Vince when he first started in the Direct department at Saatchi’s with Luke Chess many years ago. He know leaves as one of the agencies finest products.
