STA Travel Australia sent three of their mates, Rick Mereki, Andrew Lees and Tim White on an amazing journey around the world in its latest ‘I want to know’ integrated campaign, which includes tv, online, POS and social media.
A six-week journey of a lifetime is crammed into a series of one epic minutes, shot by indie filmmakers Rick Mereki and Tim White. Original music by Kelsey James.

This campaign from STA is probably the best branded content campaign floating around at the moment. Perfectly executed for the medium and market, beautifully shot, nice length, three versions of similar quality, well seeded and leaves you with exactly the right takeout… I need to travel more. Nice work STA and the film makers involved! Hopefully there’s a making of kicking around or there’s more content on the way.

Just checked out the levis link – honestly I reckon this one is better than that. Seriously a killer campaign and excellent execution guys. Hope it picks up everywhere.
It’s a rip off of the Levi’s campaign, pure and simple.
I love everything about this!!! The music, the filming ,the excitement and memories it invokes, the joy of new adventures that are shared with friends that will be remembered for ever. And the actor looks like a man I’d love to take home to meet my mum very very hot !!! Well done boys
Just saw the Levi’s one. Similar idea but totally different style. Both are great, but I feel like the STA one is more well-executed. Through the commercial, STA is sending the audience a message “Let’s go!”, as for Levi’s is more like a “Here I am going”.
