STW Group’s Shift aims to amplify its digital credentials with two new appointments

hayley and jesse1.jpgSTW Group’s brand and engagement company, Shift, has announced two newappointments – Hayley Gleeson (far left) and Jesse McLallen (near left) – on the back of organic growth, which will further strengthen the agency’s digital offering.

McLallen joins Shift as digital creative to work across the agency’s full client base.

He brings with him more than 15 years industry experience with a focus on digital and art direction.

Most recently McLallen has spent more than ten years in freelance, where he honed his skills in digital project management, from brief to finished project, as well as consultation and design in online and print media.

McLallen has also worked as an art director and head digital creative, with clients including Audi, Freedom,Transurban, Fairfax and the Commonwealth Bank.

Hayley Gleeson has been appointed strategic planner across Shift’s digital work. Her diverse brand experience will see her work across the agency’s full client base, as well as keeping the agency abreast of the latest developments in the digital and social arena for existing clients and across client-categories.

Gleeson  joins from Frost Design, where she worked as an account manager on projects for clients including Sydney Airport Corporation, Qantas, SBS and Frasers Property.

Prior to this, Gleeson spent two years with Sister Communications as an account manager, developing brand strategies for clients including Fairfax & Roberts, Fleur Wood and Pacific Magazines titles such as New Idea and InStyle.

Shift’s managing director, Iain Good, said the appointments would bring additional strength to the agency’s already strong experience base.

His time spent in freelance has strengthened his project management skills and an ability to integrate great design and digital thinking. Skills all of our clients will appreciate.”
