The Monkeys snares Host planner Lisa Aitken for planning director role across key Parmalat brands

Campaign Brief 115.pngThe Monkeys has appointed former Host planner Lisa Aitken as planning director, heading up strategy across key Parmalat brands including Pauls, Ice Break and Oak.

Aitken brings over 10 years industry experience from Australia and abroad having planned across a range of different clients and categories – from FMCG (Heinz, Unilever) to automotive (MINI, BMW), government (Tourism Western Australia) to some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands (Channel 4/FilmFour/E4, Twentieth Century Fox).

Says Aitken: “I’ve long admired The Monkeys from afar. What’s always impressed me most about them is their commitment to brave ideas and how they’re always up for exploring new ways of telling brand stories. I am excited to be joining such a talented bunch.”

Executive planning director Fabio Buresti said: “Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the Monkeys planning department and is a perfect cultural fit for The Monkeys. I’m delighted to have her on board as part of our team”.

Aitken joins The Monkeys from a four-year stint at Host where she worked on some of their most awarded accounts including Tourism Western Australia, Sydney Water, IKEA and Bankwest.
