Barnaby Scantlebury-web.jpgAfter having worked in London on campaigns for the London Underground and Selfridges & Co, Barnaby Scantlebury joins kwp! Adelaide as a user experience strategist and digital enthusiast.

Most recently working in Melbourne as a senior digital creative, Scantlebury has developed highly integrated campaigns such as Schmackos “Lost Dog” and the CGU’s “Bust a Move with Gary”, incorporating strong online activity in conjunction with above the line media.

The award-winning digital strategist manages to bring traditional advertising concepts to life in the digital world, with creative ideas around augmented reality, UGC, projection mapping and social media.

Having lived in Victoria most of his adult life, Scantlebury said it wasn’t a difficult choice when deciding to move to South Australia: “My young family love the lifestyle in Adelaide and I’m thrilled to be a part of the new team at kwp!” said Scantlebury.

“The team at kwp! are open minded and their eagerness to create great campaigns excites me. Here I have the opportunities to produce never before seen concepts for brands like Coopers, that I am so honoured to be working with.”

kwp! joint managing partner Sylvia Mason said she was thrilled to have such a talented digital strategist as a new addition to the kwp! team: “We’re delighted to have lured one of the industry’s finest talents over from Melbourne to lead our digital team and produce extraordinary work for our clients in fully integrated campaigns. Digital is part of everything we do these days so we’re delighted,” she says.

Samantha Cain-web.jpgBrad Thomas (2)web.jpgSamantha Cain and Brad Thomas (left) have also recently joined kwp! as account coordinators. Both will work alongside of head of account management, Andrew Carracher.

Says Ms. Mason: “At kwp! when we see great potential in people we jump on it. With Samantha’s experience in the PR and communications industry she will add new insights to our communications strategy, and Brad’s creative bent will mean he’s always pushing for great work.

“With an increasingly competitive South Australian and national advertising landscape it’s a tough game these days. However, I can assure anyone that the new team at kwp! has never been hungrier and great results will continue to spur us on.

“With three of the best joining our team at kwp! we’ll continue to produce effective award winning work for South Australia’s finest brands and also fly the flag all around Australia.”
