After Sydney visit Doug Pitt reaches cele-bro-ty status in Virgin Mobile’s ‘Fair Go Bro’ campaign

Following the success of Virgin Mobile’s Fair Go Bro campaign, Doug Pitt officially reached cele-bro-ty status and was rewarded with celebrity treatment on his trip to Sydney last week.
Fair Go Bro sees Virgin Mobile rebelling against the standard celebrity endorsement. Instead Virgin Mobile has given Doug Pitt a taste of the limelight with his first-ever celebrity endorsement.

Big idea, lots of legs, nicely wrapped up.

Well done.
Nice one Steve and team.
Great idea, and the bloke looks pleasantly taken aback by the whole thing.
Would have been fun to make.

I caught myself saying ‘I know the bloke who made an ad with Brad Pitt’s brother’ to someone the other day, and suddenly realised how ridiculously, stupidly, genius this campaign is.
I get it- you got brad’s brother, nice. However, he’s so dull and boring, and this campaign is pretty boring because of him. Maybe you should invite him to one of Harry’s parties in Vegas!
So much better than the crap being put out by the owner of Virgin Mobile (Optus).
He seems like a genuinely pleasant guy. And I like that his name is sort of a pun.
The whole point is to make him boring compared to his brother’s life, that’s why Virgin gave him a fair go.
Jebus.
Ian, you just got schooled by an award school student! ha.
