Industry first for independent creative agency Dynamix taking out 'recommended employer' category at 2012 Australian Business Awards

3a32bae.jpgIndependent creative agency Dynamix has scored a first for the industry by taking out top honours in The Australian Business Awards 2012 category of Recommended Employer. This is the first time the awards program has awarded this distinction to an advertising agency.

Dynamix have steadily built a reputation of delivering 'Happy' to clients and employees alike. Now it's official, with the award specifically recognising Dynamix's achievements in providing a stimulating and supportive workplace.

Entries are assessed using specific criteria via an established set of business and product award categories, benchmarking the full spectrum of organisational performance and product management to identify the industry leaders for each award category and industry classification.
Says Josh Westall (pictured), managing director of Dynamix: "Happy people come with so many benefits - not only are they perfect for a forward-thinking team environment, they are simply great to work with. Many agencies claim their staff are important but the reality is usually different, resulting in poor client relationships. Although we are not a large agency, this award reflects the substantial investment Dynamix has made into building (not poaching) an awesome team, the value of which our clients readily testify."

Tara Johnston, program director of The Australian Business Awards congratulated Dynamix on the win.

Says Johnston: "These types of accolades don't come easily - they are underpinned by vision and leadership, both of which require a clear dedication to research and development.

"Despite a challenging business environment locally and abroad, this year's participants in The Australian Business Awards remain steadfast in their commitment to innovation and excellence.

"We're proud to promote the models of business excellence in addition to highlighting contributions to the community with these leading organisations and to publicly honour their achievements. Across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, the 2012 winners of The Australian Business Awards are innovative, agile and truly 'best in class'."
