Praise from Adweek in US: Carlton Draught Thanks Practically Everyone on Twitter Who Liked Its Ad - Someone get these guys a beer

Screen shot 2012-09-07 at 1.05.04 PM.jpgThe latest Carlton Draught 'Beer Run' continues to get great press around the world, including this very flattering story posted on major US trade press site Adweek.

"But it's gotten tougher of late, as the @ mentions have been pouring in following the YouTube success of the brand's epic new "Beer Chase" commercial below (which some are calling the best beer ad of the year, if not the decade)"....says Adweek.

Much as I like this ad, that's OTT. "Of the decade?" Since 2002? Nahhhhhh.

Good on Carlton Draught for the Twitter effort, though, and yes, 2.07, it will sell some bloody beer.

Point of order: "Beer Run" or "Beer Chase"? The poor bugger's acquired two names now.

Great, they've been doing what every other brand has been doing for years. Not news.
