The call-to-action, cross-platform campaign also integrates a dedicated destination page on TravelZoo, which will showcase deals and specials to Fiji from licensed partners, addressing the 700,000+ people seeking travel deals and advice from the website. This is supported by a dedicated ad word search and social media activity on Facebook.

The partners taking part in the campaign are a variety of wholesale and retail outlets that are offering packages to Fiji, including Air Pacific, who is offering Fiji Friendly Fares to Nadi from $522/adult and from $199/child return. Other partners include Virgin Australia, Creative Holidays, Escape Travel, and Wotif.com. All partners including individual offers from resorts and operators in Fiji are featured on the Fiji Me website.

Australian regional director, Paresh Pant said Tourism Fiji is dedicated to providing Australian tourists with the perfect holiday destination this year.

Says Pant: "This campaign is timed to lock in bookings for Fiji before Christmas. The packages provide value-for-money and show a great cross-section of offerings from our wholesale, retail, online and Fiji-based partners."

I was working at an agency that pitched hard for this account. They pitched with some good solid idea-driven work that had loads of personality. It's sad to see that they lost to a campaign that is essentially a moving brochure with zero idea or hook. This industry shits me.
