Yet to find a website where people post up 6pp leaflets, birthday cards for senior clients and shiploads of new names for the same old product. So I'm safe. Fuck the Sword of Damocles.

People who write meme's do it for fun. Don't have a list of mandatories, a target audience, a client, or a planner to please. I reckon we're pretty safe.

The bigger point is that people now, quite often, find their fellow man's / woman's creativity more worthy of their time than the stuff agency creatives are paid to generate. Even if it is just a sans serif white headline slapped over the latest meme photo.

But just remember, they'll never write unread leaflets like we do, nor whine like little bitches about deadlines like we can. Take that, Everyman!

PS: I fucked the Sword of Damocles once, it's not as good in bed as it thinks it is.
