In what is believed to be a first in the Australian blogging landscape, Beth has taken some of the most popular elements of her blog and developed magazine-style content around those themes for the interactive environment of the iPad.

She joined blogger talent agency The Remarkables Group in May of this year, and has featured in media including The Project, The Australian and Bump magazine.

“Although my blog started out as a way to document my time as a mother, I quickly found that people really responded to the posts that talked about entertaining” says Beth. “While I initially looked at producing an e-book, I just felt that the added content I could include on the iPad – instructional videos, high-res images etc – just seemed to make sense for the type of magazine I wanted to produce.”

The first issue is an abridged version focussing on the festive season. The full magazine will be released quarterly and focus on all aspects of entertaining in the home: including drinks, cooking tips, recipes and decorating.

“Traditionally, I probably would never have been able to do this. I’m just really excited about being able to share some of my favourite things in such a fun way.”

BEVERLEY is available initially for iPad only and is available in the APP store for download.
