Budget set to bring Barry Bowen radio character to the screen in new series of TV spots via Shift
Budget, via agency Shift, Sydney, has launched a new integrated campaign, bringing its Barry Bowen radio character to the small screen for the first time. The series of four 15 second spots, which will air at the end of January, star actor Ric Herbert, who has been the voice of Barry Bowen for over five years.

The character is annoying enough on radio, who earth thought there would be milage in bringing him to "life" on TV.
