CP+B Boulder snares former Droga5 Sydney creative Ben Smith from R/GA for Assoc CD role

Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Boulder has lured former Droga5 Sydney and Lowe Sydney creative Ben Smith as associate creative director.

Smith arrives from R/GA New York, where he was a creative director focused on the MasterCard International account as well as Verizon, Converse, Nike, Microsoft, Qantas and new business.

Originally from England, he has also worked at Droga5 and Lowe, both in Sydney before joining R/GA in May 2011. His work has been honored at numerous awards, including gold at Cannes and D&AD. At Droga5 Smith won a Yellow Pencil at D&AD and Cannes in 2010 with the V Australia '4320LA' campaign and did well with Right Music Wrongs for Virgin Mobile too, including Cannes Silver and D&AD in book. Smith has served on the YoungGuns award jury and previously taught at Miami Ad School in Brooklyn.
