Electric cigarette company E-Lites launches 'Gangnam Baby' spot via McCann Birmingham

A Gangnam baby stars in this new spot just breaking in the UK for E-Lites electric cigarettes via McCann Birmingham. The executive creative director of this campaign is Aussie expat Vince McSweeney who previously worked as a creative director at McCann Sydney and Melbourne.
