Says Andrew Shostak, executive director of commercials: "We have been in ongoing talks with Richard about an arrangement and we are extremely excited about finally securing him exclusively. Richard is so highly regarded by the industry both locally and internationally he adds an incredible amount of talent, experience and credibility to our team."
Says Lambert: "Since leaving Fin Design in 2010 I have done a few freelance stints at Method during the last 12 months, and I feel they are the perfect fit for me. I am really excited to be calling them my new home."

Lambert joins flame compositors David Edwards and Kent Smith at Walsh Bay, alongside, Chris Betteridge and Ziggy Zigouras in the South Melbourne studio.

Complementing the Lambert signing is news that senior producer Erica Ford has also joined the team full-time. Prior to joining Method, Ford was at Fuel VFX, Cutting Edge and FSM.

Says Shostak: "Erica's extensive post experience and reputation has been built over the last 8 years since moving from Brisbane to Sydney. We are very excited to have Erica on board, her creative and technical expertise lends itself perfectly to our brand."

To be accurate, Deluxe has really just picked up the discarded personnel from Fin, Animal, Fuel and an editorial shop or two, as a well as a few smaller post houses entirely that were on the block anyway to create their local version of Method.
