MoniqueSoames_AndrewRichey.jpgUnlike other directories, The Brownbill Effect is about nurturing and discovering talent, while also providing them with invaluable connections and opportunities with the best clients in Australia.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Brownbill anted to put a fresh innovative spin on the way creatives connect with clients. The idea was never to build just a standard creative directory, but to approach The Brownbill Effect as more of a ‘creative hub’ providing clients with a wide variety of talent, as well as encouraging collaboration and networking between the creatives and themselves.

The depth and AnitaRyley_MarijaIvkovic.jpgvariety of talent showcased on The Brownbill Effect is also a fabulous point-of-difference, and it’s growing ever day. Even before it launched, those signed up included: location scouts, retouchers, art directors, copywriters, book binders, stylists, a copyright lawyer, computer technicians, printers and more. Think of JolMcDonald_RaphaelRuz_JulianDolman.jpgalmost any project, The Brownbill Effect has a handpicked creative or service that can make it sing. And the best part: the talent can be browsed for free.

The Brownbill Effect will also feature a free blog providing commentary and insights into the industry, as well as promoting healthy discussion. It will also feature a JulesTahan.jpgcalendar, which will remind browsers of key industry events and networking opportunities.

Talented creatives looking for great jobs should submit their folio or work to Brownbill for consideration via email, sally@thebrownbilleffect.com. Clients should head to thebrownbilleffect.com to see exactly how The Brownbill Effect is turning the creative directory model on its head.
