Soap Creative founder Ashley Ringrose named judge for the 2013 One Show Interactive Awards
The One Club today announced the judges for the 2013 One Show Interactive Awards, including Sydney’s own Ashley Ringrose (left), founder of Soap Creative.
Ringrose is one of thirty-two of the digital advertising industry’s most esteemed professionals from seven different countries around the world.
Serving as a One Show Interactive judge is an enormous distinction in one’s career, as is winning the coveted One Show Gold, Silver and Bronze Pencils, considered the ultimate achievement in the digital advertising industry. This year’s One Show Interactive jury will gather in New York City at Google and The One Club offices for final judging from March 1st to March 6th. The deadline for submission is February 15th.
Says Ringrose: “Every year the bar not only gets moved higher but it also shifts and changes with the industry. With each entry you really don’t know what you’re going to get. The digital/interactive sandbox has become so big now, it’s hard to keep track. As for trends, social continues to weave its way into everything, for better or worse.”
Says Kevin Swanepoel, president of The One Club in New York: “One Show Interactive’s prominent position as the bellwether for digital advertising and new media is due in no small part to the talented group of judges who sit on our panel. The standard for our judges is high, which, in turn, sets the tone for the quality of judging and, ultimately, the quality of our winners.”

On Friday, May 10th, 2013, One Show Interactive Winners will be honored at Terminal 5 in New York City. One Show Design winners will be honored at the IAC Building on Monday, May 6th. Winners of the One Show will be honored on Wednesday, May 8th at the awards presentation to be held at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center.
