Michael Raso has been appointed a creative director at CP+B in Boulder. Raso leaves Ogilvy Sydney, where he was both Head of Art and Group Creative Director.

His appointment is one of four new CD hires in CP+B’s Boulder creative department – also joining are Alex Lea (ex Saatchi & Saatchi), Julian Newman (ex Publicis USA) and Hemant Anant Jain (ex Albion London).

“We are always on the lookout for new talent interested in swinging for the fences. We are psyched to have these new folks join and contribute in a big way,” said Rob Reilly, Partner/Worldwide Chief Creative Officer, CP+B.

During his career, Raso has worked across three continents for brands like Mercedez-Benz, UPS, Singapore Airlines, Bank of America, Burger King and KFC. For six years, Raso acted as SVP, Group Creative Director on the MasterCard business at McCann NY, which resulted in the agency’s first ever London International Gold.
