The new recruitments follow a brand refresh that sees the company building its strength in creating and delivering experiences across brand and customer environments.

The hires are in response to growth that has seen the agency deliver over 800 projects in five years; including recent work for Bupa, Questacon, Talent 100, Laser Clinics and Toga Hospitality.

Barclay joins from CPM International – Omnicom Worldwide and Incoll joins the team from PHD Creative. Both will report in to Robbie Robertson, MD of e2.

With a retail marketing background spanning over 12 years, Barclay previously held senior managing director and general manager roles at different divisions of CPM International – Omnicom Worldwide: TRO Australia (looking after Telstra, Intel, Westfield, Nintendo, Google, Acer, Ripcurl, HTC and NAB), Retail Engine (before it merged into CPM International) and DDB Shop. She also worked at ACP Media and with Associated Newspapers in London. Barclay is the co-author of the white paper Store Sense: Reclaiming the four walls with sensory engagement for Deakin University.

Returning to Australia from New York, Incoll’s last role was senior project manager at PHD Creative. Prior to that, he was the VP of marketing and communications at Uncharted Play in New York followed by brand planner and producer at Massive Media also in New York and the senior creative at Mininc in Australia. Incoll’s career includes servicing clients such as McDonalds, Woolworths, Canon, Harley Davidson, Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme.

Says Robertson: “Customers everywhere want brands to talk their language and e2’s team of interior designers; brand and creative strategists have been helping brands find the right voice. We welcome Danielle and Mitch to the team and look forward to having their vast experience enhance our ability to offer holistic retail, brand and design solutions across the 2D, 3D and digital spaces.”
