Following the launch of the first in the series at the end of April, Kia Australia and Innocean have launched two more spots in the fully integrated ‘never an uncomfortable moment’ campaign promoting the all new Kia Cerato.
The new spots are titled ‘Proposal’ and ‘Lisa’, both directed by Nick Ball via Finch.
The campaign also consists of a number of ambient stunts, digital, social, print and outdoor.

Original. Funny. Different.
Nicely done.
Nice casting. Good to see if they roll out a bunch of these.
Up there with the first spot.
Refreshing to see a car campaign that actually treats us like humans.
Bullshit. Neither of these spots work. There’s no way around the cringeing embarrassment that comes from these situations either in life or in advertisements, so stop kidding yourselves. And what role does the car play, apart from a lazy, excruciating pun on comfort, which presumably is the ‘proposition’, for which the ads offer no supporting evidence. Sorry, but it’s just basic stuff.
The Proposal is GOLD! Great work by all.
Agrees with Old guy. These aren’t funny or well done. Comes across as broad rudeness. Clearly patting yourselves on the back here.
Nice guys. Hard to pick the difficult 3rd.
Love.
Good to see Innocean staff on here, supporting their own work.
Also agree with old CD guy
Nice one again ballza
Crushed it!
The execution is good.
The idea is not.
You cannot take an uncomfortable moment verbally and relate that to comfortable features of the car. They are miles apart. It’s totally irrelevant to the proposition.
I didn’t get any features out of this at all.
For instance if the jerk pulls the wrong lever and ends up flat on his back to demonstrate that the car has a seat that goes all the way back then that at least demonstrates the feature.
0-10.
The cake eating spot.
Totally sexist as well as sizeist and makes the car owner look like a complete prick.
