With more than 12 years experience in senior marketing and agency roles on both client and agency sides, McNamara will be charged with managing and growing key client relationships.

McNamara’s experience includes managing customer and agency relationships for Telstra and ANZ Wealth, plus several years at Jack Morton Worldwide, initially as group account director and then head of production.

As associate creative director, Holt brings an understanding of both account management and creative roles, having spent the past three years at Traffik Marketing, as an account manager, then associate creative director.

Holt has worked on leading brands including Kraft, Cadbury, Mercedes Benz, St George Bank and DHL, and comes to Urban with proven creative expertise, including delivering a fully integrated global campaign for Visa for the 2010 World Cup.

Says Gavin McDonough, Urban co-founder and director: “Our latest appointments, which follow additions to our digital and strategic departments, reflect our commitment to growing our capacity whilst providing our clients a first class team to draw on.

“Trish is a highly accomplished business leader with demonstrated proficiency in experiential, events, sponsorships, corporate communications and brand marketing. Her depth and breadth of experience will add great value both to our team and with clients, while Richard’s talent will help to further bolster our burgeoning creative department.”
