Old school.
funny!
Refreshing!
@ooops, you are a twat. how is that the same idea? jesus, you people with your vague accusations piss me off. do you even understand how an ad works at all?
Nice work Sexjam and Harry
I liked it until I saw ooops link.
That’s just embarrassing…
DDBollocks.
Have a break, use someone else’s idea!
C’mon, same thing 3 times?!
@doubtingthomas – judging by your reaction you’re clearly responsible for this blatant plagiarism
Agree. It’s the same idea. What’s truly pitiful, is that it must have been in the illustrator’s book when the creatives reviewed it….? Shame, because the original was a good ad.
I actually liked them as well until I saw the Kit Kat ads. Why would you use the same illustrator?
@Hmmm, no i’m not responsible for this campaign. i have nothing to do with it or ddb sydney. i am just able to understand the nuances of advertising. this campaign is about lipton improving any meal, the original kit kat ad that you accuse it of copying is about having two choices of kit kat when you’re hungry. tell me, how is that the same idea? yes, one ad in this campaign features an alligator, just like the kit kat ad, but the core idea and strategy are different.
@doubtingthomas, it’s obvious you’re from DDB. Why else would you write a paragraph explaining how this campaign is different to the Kit Kat campaign it blatantly ripped off (illustrator and all).
@notHmmmm, of course you’re right. everyone that has a different opinion to you is obviously a liar.
No wonder everyone’s leaving DDB Sydney.
Same idea, same illustrator.
SERIOUSLY!?
Why would you do this?
Firstly…. Kit Kat already done this.
Secondly…I don’t really get the idea here
To a big slimy crocodile eating the little girl looks pretty good anyway….
maybe if the little girl was going to eat a slimy snail or something and the snail was drinking the Lipton Tea….that would make more sense of “Lunch looks better with Lipton” wouldn’t it? now I’m confused….I think.
Much like the burglar, who breaks into Buckingham Palace and makes off with the plastic cutlery, why would you take the trouble to rip off a shite idea like this?
Can I get a job at DDB?
goes to show suits don’t make good creatives
I can draw and write my own name can I get a job in the creative department?
Copy cat nailed it.
The whole idea is not only ripped off, but ripped off poorly so that it doesn’t make sense. It should have been an elderly person, smelly person, really fat person – anything unappetising for the ‘animals’.
At the moment the people look tasty enough as is without the drink.
Confused…
1/10
No wonder no one has their name on these……….
