Cameron Richards 1.jpgSTW, Australasia’s leading marketing content and communications group, today announced a minority investment in South East Asia’s leading CRM, digital and loyalty marketing agency – CPR Vision.

Founded by Cameron Richards (left) in 2001, CPR Vision has offices in Singapore and Bangkok, and works with a wide range of leading global brands including L’Oreal, Adidas, Banyan Tree, Amadeus, and Fairmont Hotels. CPR Vision has also received a raft of awards, and in 2012 and 2013 was recognised as Singapore’s leading CRM and loyalty agency.

The CPR Vision partnership is the latest investment made by the STW Group in the region as it expands its South East Asia footprint. Other STW initiatives in Asia include investments in Aleph Labs in Singapore, Antics Labs in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, a partnership with Xion in Jakarta, Bullseye Digital in Sydney, Jakarta and Denpasar, the opening of offices for digital specialist Alpha Salmon in Jakarta and Singapore, office openings for Buchanan branded advertising in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and for Designworks in Singapore. In addition, STW’s majority investment in Vietnam and Thailand digital advertising specialist Edge has been accelerated with the launch two weeks ago of Edge Asia, now operating in six South East Asia markets.

Says Richards: “The STW partnership provides an excellent opportunity for CPR Vision to become part of a world-class marketing communications group. It will empower us to offer broader and stronger capabilities to our clients regionally, and give us the opportunity to work alongside other STW businesses. Joining forces with STW will generate the firepower that comes from being part of a larger communications network. Importantly we will maintain our individuality and passion for helping our clients unlock the potential value of their customers. The breadth of STW resources and expertise will enable us to provide our clients with an even broader, enhanced range of services.”

Says Michael Connaghan, STW Group chief executive officer: “The investment in CPR Vision brings an exceptional set of capabilities into STW’s fast-growing South East Asia network. CPR Vision is an innovative and highly successful agency, and the team’s ambitious goals and cultural fit with STW make them natural partners for us.”

CPR Vision’s key services include data, loyalty and digital strategy, multi-channel creative campaign development, deep analytics capabilities, web, social, mobile and content development. These services are underpinned by CPR Vision’s cutting edge industry-leading loyalty technology platform that allows clients access to unrivalled database management, automation tools and customer insights.

Says Connaghan: “Clients are increasingly asking us to help them extract value from their existing customers, and CPR Vision’s core offering is critical to achieving this objective.

“CPR Vision has been highly successful in growing its business and we believe the combination of its local market expertise with STW’s regional reach and connections will drive even stronger growth in the future.”
