8com NZ EP Katie Millington takes over executive producer role in both New Zealand and Australia

Katie Millington (left) has taken over the role of executive producer of 8com in Australia.

After five years producing for 8com, Millington moved across the ditch to establish the Auckland office, as executive producer.

Says Mike Vanderfield, 8com founder and managing director: “Katie has done a fantastic job in setting up New Zealand. Her energy and enthusiasm for our directors has reinvigorated the company. The Auckland office is producing great work. Directors Andy Morton and Josh Frizzell have been busy on both sides of the Tasman. Katie has an eye for talent and a great passion for the business. I’m keen for her to transfer her initiative and acumen into the Australian market and I know she is up to it.”

Millington will act as executive producer for Australia and New Zealand, working closely with Kate Stenhouse, who takes on the role of business development director. Coming soon to a lunch near you.
