MaxiSaver.jpgSt.George Bank will add further momentum to its successful ‘Start Something’ brand campaign with the launch of two new TVCs on Sunday 14 July via Saatchi & Saatchi, Sydney.

The next evolution of the ‘Start Something’ campaign continues to talk to Australia through the amazing talent of a young girl who talks about her dreams of owning a motorbike and encourages Australians to start saving for what they really want.

Business73874.jpgThe second TVC highlights St.George’s support of small businesses, including those looking to start the business they’ve always dreamed of or those wanting to keep growing the size and success of their operation. The entrepreneurial young girl and her friend have a thriving water-balloon business – perhaps in the next spot she will use her takings to purchase her much-loved motorbike?

Says Martine Jager, St.George general manager strategy, marketing & customer experience: “St.George has always been highly-focused on helping Australians achieve their goals by starting something they’re passionate about, since its beginnings 75 years ago.

“With the launch of our successful ‘Start Something’ brand campaign in May this year, we’re now looking to build on our connections with customers for the things that matter most to them. The TVCs tap into the insight of us all wanting to save more, start that business that has always been in the back of our minds, or start growing your business. We want to help people start doing whatever it is they really want to do.”

St.George’s ‘Start Something’ campaign has achieved high levels of brand recognition and the recent housing TVC has also seen 78% of viewers in the first home buyer market consider St.George home loans, versus a financial institution average of 23%.
