WiTH Collective now goes onto the national finals.

Started in July 2010 by Justin and Dominique Hind, the agency now has 28 staff helping drive revenue growth of 50 per cent year on year. Clients include Cisco, Colonial First State, Lenovo, Investec Specialist Bank, Masters and McWilliam’s Wine Group.

Key to success is the company’s commitment to investing in its people, giving all staff a say in processes and helping them reach their true potential. This has enabled the company to achieve a 100 per cent retention rate.

Hind (pictured), CEO of WiTH Collective says picking up a Telstra Australian Business Award represents validation:

“It’s validation that our decision to start the business was right, validation to our team that we were the right agency to join, validation for the support our clients have shown us and validation that a good idea to do something different, with passion and energy, can succeed,” he says.

WiTH Collective was also recognized in the 2013 BRW FastStarters list of Australia’s fastest growing start-ups.
