Aussie creatives Jol Temple, Kate Burt and Jon Foye set to launch second title ‘I Got This Hat’ at 3pm on Sun, Sept 1 at Ariel Books in Paddington

The creatives behind the kids’ book and app ‘Parrot Carrot’ are set to launch their second title this weekend. ‘I Got This Hat’, written by Jol Temple (Whybin TBWA) & Kate Burt (GPYR), illustrated by Jon Foye (Creative Consultant), is published by Harper Collins via ABC For Kids.
Aimed at preschoolers, the book explores the world through the many different hats people wear. It features simple rhymes, fun illustrations, and hand-crafted typography with bold ink washes. A companion app developed by Neon Robot, and funded by the Australia Council, will be coming shortly to the AppStore.
The creative community is invited to join the creators at the book launch this Sunday 3pm, Ariel Books, 42 Oxford St Paddington.
