DDB Australia strengthens Telstra team with the appointment of Adam Donnelley in MP position

adamdonnelly[2].jpgDDB Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Donnelley (left) as the new managing partner of its Telstra business.

 

Donnelley has over 14 years marketing and communications experience and specialises in strategy, ideation and innovation, digital marketing and brand management. Donnelley commenced at the DDB Sydney office on Friday, August 16.

 

Says Chris Brown, DDB Group Australia chief executive: “Adam joins us at an exciting time and will be replacing Brent Annells as managing partner of the Telstra team. Adam brings with him a breadth of both local and international experience having worked on some great brands both here and in the US. His infectious passion for his work will be the perfect fit to our dedicated and award winning Telstra team.

“We wish Brent all the best as he moves to work at Facebook – and we look forward to working with him in the future as a partner with our current clients.”

 

Donnelley was previously a member of the McCann Worldgroup Australian board with responsibility for MRM’s Sydney operations before transferring to the US in 2009 to take on the role of executive vice president with MRM Worldwide working on GM and Verizon.

 

Donnelley was part of the team that successfully established the 275+ strong Detroit office before returning to New York where he took on the role of EVP, strategy director for New York and Princeton.
