Containing insight gleaned from a survey of more than 50 clients and over 20 interviews with those responsible for delivering a variety of digital projects, this much awaited report, produced by Adrian Porter, head of strategic research at Precedent, includes first hand tips and advice on how best to achieve transformation from a variety of individuals who are already on the road to realising it.
