iNova Pharmaceuticals launches new digital-led B2B training program ‘Uni of You’ via URBAN

iNova and URBAN.jpgIndependent Brand Experience Agency URBAN has launched Uni of You, a digital-led B2B training program for iNova Pharmaceuticals.

 

Uni of You educates pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians across 5,300 pharmacies nationally on core iNova brands; Dermaveen, Difflam, Duro-Tuss, Hiprex, Metsal and Dermatix.

A first for iNova Pharmaceuticals, URBAN has created a mobile learning platform which

utilises an HTML5 compliant framework and allows sales reps and participants the ability to access program modules online via mobile devices including tablets and Smartphones.

 

Says Geoffrey Emerson, URBAN’s digital business director: “Uni of You is a highly intuitive and sophisticated training program that, with the aid of HTML5 drag and drop functionality, delivers a richer training experience. The HTML5-based sales presenter enables iNova Pharmaceuticals’ sales reps to better engage pharmacy staff during sales calls and garner real time data anytime, anywhere.”

 

Uni of You also incentivises participation offering a $70,000 prize pool; including a $30,000 major prize that participants can choose themselves from cash, automotive or holiday prize options. The incentive-based strategy has extended the reach of the campaign by providing additional prize draw entries for referring colleagues to the program and uploading pictures of window displays featuring any one of five Uni of You iNova Pharmaceuticals’ brands.

Uni of You also offers a range of study options, with the completion of certain modules gaining participants points towards the Pharmacy Guild of Australia’s Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) accreditation.
