Screenrights is Australia’s copyright collection society for the audiovisual industry. The not for profit organisation was established in 1990 to enable educational institutions across Australia to copy from TV and radio, and to ensure that royalties are distributed to the copyright holders and content producers.

Screenrights operates a diverse range of licences in Australia, New Zealand and also internationally. Its subsidiary, EnhanceTV, is a growing online resource centre, which provides educators with affordable and convenient access to AV content for primary, secondary and tertiary students.

Loud will be responsible for the development of the brand strategy, visual identities, brand style guides, annual report and highlights documents plus any ongoing graphic design work.

Says Russell Naughton, director of planning & innovation at Loud: “Screenrights has been something of a quiet achiever, and Enhance TV has recently launched exciting directions, so the strategic and creative opportunities for these brands are very exciting.”

Says Kerry Franta, marketing manager of Screenrights: “Loud showed they understood the changes our organisation and our brands are facing.  We’re really looking forward to a close and collaborative partnership.”
