02JUL13JH-98(1).jpgBrisbane based digital creative agency Studio None has added two new awards to the cabinet after only eight months of trade, now making it a hat-trick for this dynamic team.

The business won Outstanding Achievement for their design of the Brisbane Writer’s Festival website at the Interactive Media Awards, where they also took out Best in Class for the Limitless website in the Real Estate category.

The awards were judged on design, content, feature functionality and usability and to co-owners Catherine Gray and Niall Heffernan its confirmation of a winning formula.

“It’s really reaffirming that we’re doing the right thing. We’re being rewarded for our high quality and creativity. And we’re competing on an international level. Personally it means that we are doing a good job and we’re actually achieving what we set out to do.”

Gray and Heffernan met as employees in a large digital agency. Servicing a list of high profile clientele, the pair bonded over their mutual belief in the power of small business.

Says Gray: “We noticed that the small guys couldn’t afford the kind of work we were doing, but they probably needed the most help. Our vision was to take the big agency smarts and bring them to the SME level.”

And thus Studio None was created. Now eight months later the duo are servicing a list of high profile clients from around Brisbane and across Australia.

Says Gray: “Many businesses have that one brilliantly-crazy idea inside them but may lack the digital resources to bring that to life. We’re passionate about providing that high level of service at a price that’s affordable to smaller businesses. In business today everyone deserves the opportunity to have access to high quality digital creative. If it involves pixels it should involve us.”
