Isuzu Australia launches ‘foul-mouthed tradies’ campaign promoting the new Isuzu Premium Tradepack truck via Fenton Stephens

isuzu.jpgIsuzu Australia has launched a new, multi-channel campaign for their Premium Tradepack truck through Fenton Stephens.

The campaign is fronted by a TVC directed by Dogboy, focusing on a pair of foul-mouthed tradies as they jealously observe a rival’s new Isuzu Tradepack.

Through some clever sound design and use of objects to block the tradies’ mouths as they speak, the offending language is implied rather than heard. There are also radio, outdoor, press and online executions.

Says Jeff Birdseye, Isuzu’s marketing manager: “Given the target market for the Isuzu Tradepack, we feel we’ve nailed their colourful turn of phrase in this campaign which is bound to put a smile on a lot of faces.”
