MercerBell appoints ex-OgilvyOne Sydney’s Simon Bloomfield in creative group head role

SimonB_Image.jpgOne of the industry’s most respected creatives, Simon Bloomfield (left) has joined MercerBell as creative group head.

Most recently at OgilvyOne Sydney as joint creative group head on American Express, Bloomfield played a significant role in leading the account to awards success both locally and internationally. He was previously in leadership creative roles at Clemenger Proximity, Hyro and Euro RSCG.

Says David Bell, executive creative director, MercerBell: “Someone of Simon’s immense experience is a rare find and we are thrilled to welcome him to the creative team.”

Bloomfield will primarily head up the Toyota and MasterCard creative, and joins MercerBell immediately.
