Profero Sydney bolsters tech + delivery teams with new hires Richard Szalay + Natalie Gabellone

Rich+Nat.jpgProfero, has strengthened its Australian technology and delivery teams with the addition of two senior hires.

Richard Szalay (left) joins as technical director from The White Agency in Sydney where he was solutions architect and Natalie Gabellone (right) joins as delivery director from digital agency Grand Union in London where she held the role of delivery and operations director.

Both appointments are effective immediately.

Szalay has over a decade of technical experience in creating top-class digital projects. Prior to The White Agency he spent nearly five years at AKQA in London where he developed the Canne Grand Prix winning Fiat eco:Drive platform and helped Nike design the future of their mobile development platform.

Gabellone has over thirteen years experience in senior project management and delivery, including over four years also at AKQA in London. She has worked on a full spectrum of clients and project types ranging from advertising, brand and multilingual campaigns with XBOX, Nike, Smirnoff, Unilever and Nokia through to large scale e-commerce and integration projects with the likes of Waitrose, Best Buy, and Butlins.

Profero Sydney’s managing director Dave Bentley said the combination of both hires represents a step change for Profero in the ambition of our technology and delivery offerings.
