Leo Burnett Sydney is one of five creative powerhouses vying for the title.

The shortlisted contenders for shots 2013 Agency of the Year are:

  • Wieden+Kennedy London
  • Leo Burnett Sydney
  • BBH London
  • AMV BBDO London
  • Havas Paris

In further recognition, Leo Burnett Sydney, in conjunction with Leo Burnett Chicago, has also made the shortlist for shots 2013 Interactive/Experiential Campaign of the Year for Coca-Cola ‘Small World Machines’. The campaign was most recently awarded Best in Show at the IAB MIXX Awards.

Says Andy DiLallo (pictured above), chief creative officer Leo Burnett Sydney: “To be the only Australian agency to make the final cut for shots Agency of the Year is a tremendous achievement, and a testament to the drive, commitment and passion of the entire agency. We’ve said our vision is to be the best in the world – and recognition like this shows us we’re well on our way.”

This year’s shots Awards attracted entries from scores of companies and hundreds of individual pieces of work after organisers opened the entry process to include all new work from the year to 30 September 2013. Previously, only work featured in shots magazine, on its website or DVD over the preceding 12 months was eligible for entry.

The shots Awards 2013 winners will be announced in London on 28 November.
