What happens when you are over 30? Am I not seen as young any more or is this an indication that my career is already on the downward slide. I don’t see a lot of people over 40 in my agency or any agency for that matter. So enjoy your time basking in the good work you have done. It is a short lived career with little future where people are in it for a good time not a long time.
This is really a very big problem that at the age of 30 people are looking like 45, so its good that your company would provide some best options to be the best.
