Leo Burnett Sydney most awarded Aussie agency at Epica Awards with one Gold, five Silver + two Bronze; Leo Burnett named Network of the Year

-1.jpgLeo Burnett Sydney has emerged as the most awarded Australian agency at the international Epica Awards with the agency winning one Gold, five Silver and two Bronze. Leo Burnett was named Network of the Year with 32 awards in total.

Leo Burnett Sydney scored awards for its ‘Road To Recover’ campaign Bundaberg Rum; ‘Small World Machines’ and ‘Faces’ campaigns for Coca-Cola; ‘Run That Town’ for Australian Bureau of Statistics and Bundaberg Rum’s ‘Bundy Bottle’.

Other Australian agencies who scored awards include Leo Burnett Melbourne, McCann Melbourne, and Joy.

The Epica Jury comprises the top editors and senior reporters working for marketing and communications magazines around the world, including Lynchy from Campaign Brief. So when it comes to judging work submitted to Epica, they have not only the fresh perspective of the public, but also the expert eye of professionals who’ve spent years observing the advertising industry.

The awards ceremony will be held in Delhi on January 24th 2014.
