HarperandCrimmins.jpgDigital and health marketing agency, Orchard, has hired two experts to join their flourishing pharmaceutical and healthcare division. Sarah Harper (far left) will join in the role of account director and Mikaela Crimmins (near left) will come on board as senior account manager.

Orchard currently work on projects for Pfizer, Sanofi, MSD, SCA, Zoetis, Novo Nordisk (Victoza) and Menarini, to name a few.  And, earlier this year, the agency was appointed as one of two approved development partners in Australia for Bayer.

The agency is also producing award-winning campaigns on a global scale with a winner in The Global Awards (World’s Best Healthcare Advertising) for their work on Genotropin for Pfizer, 1 of only 7 given out in Australia.  They also picked up a Bronze award in the Digital category for Trocoxil at the Clio Healthcare Awards announced earlier this week.

Harper has worked in healthcare for the past 4½  years.  She comes to Orchard most recently from H&T with experience in Animal Health (companion animal and livestock), Human Health, and Crop Protection. At Orchard Harper will work across the Zoetis Companion Animal portfolio (including anti-emetics, anti-infectives, Biologicals, Pain and Sensitivity, Vets Australia and Win Rewards), the Zoetis Equine portfolio and also on the human health side of the business.

Harper is looking forward to being able to add extensive digital experience to her healthcare background.

Crimmins entered into healthcare advertising fresh out of University.  Her first position at Ward6 was to work on the Reckitt Benckiser business, on Nurofen, Nurofen for Children, and Dettol.  From there she moved to HealthOne where she quickly became entrenched in all things pharmacy.  During this time she was nominated for Young Achiever of the Year at the 2012 Prime Awards.

Crimmins believes the pharmaceutical industry is one of the most innovative industries.

Says Crimmins: “Joining a company like Orchard that equally values innovations and embraces new technology, is great.”
