We’ve now got room to grow and these new senior hires are all part of our expansion plan. We’ve always been mindful of sustaining our current senior service offering to clients while supporting the agency’s new business drive.

“We’ve seen organic growth in existing business, we have fantastic client retention and our new business program is on track, so these new hires are an investment in our future success and to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves.

“Tania, Storm and Dave are a great fit for the agency, and will add considerably to our offering.”

Slingshot has one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry and remains committed to looking after its people with new initiatives set to be introduced.

Says Rutherford: “2014 sees us kicking off a staff wellness program and continued coaching/mentoring initiatives creating a high performance, harmonious and satisfying work environment. As we head into the next year Slingshot is well positioned to achieve our objectives.”

As group account director, Caruso brings a wealth of experience to the business. For the past two years she has worked as a business director at MEC running the Colgate business.
