72andSunny Amsterdam snares Aussie expat Caroline Britt for group brand director role

Caroline.jpg72andSunny Amsterdam has announced that it has hired industry pro and Aussie expat Caroline Britt, to help strengthen its fast-growing team in the role of group brand director reporting to managing director, Nic Owen.

The news follows a series of exciting developments for 72andSunny Amsterdam–the most recent being their appointment as global agency of record for Smirnoff. Britt will bring a wealth of expertise collaborating with global brands, making a good fit for the internationally focused agency.

Britt who started career as an account executive at M&C Saatchi Sydney from 2002 to 2004, will run the agency’s Samsung and Benetton accounts, and serve as joint lead of the brand management department. 

Previously global account director at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, Britt helped to lead Gatorade global and adidas’ 2013 women’s campaign in addition to overseeing communications for adidas’ 2014 World Cup effort. Before moving Stateside the Australian native spent four years as account director at 180 Amsterdam, where she also worked on adidas, as well as ASICS and Eli Lilly.
