X-Factor winner Reece Mastin set to launch brand new campaign for AMF Bowling via Airborne
Creative agency Airborne is launching a large-scale communications project to help AMF Bowling elevate its brand as an entertainment destination in time for the Christmas holidays.
Former X-Factor winner Reece Mastin (left) will star in the new campaign after a partnership was set up between AMF and Sony Music.
Says Neema Shah, marketing manager for AMF Bowling: “Our challenge to the agencies was to help us build greater understanding that AMF Bowling Centres offer a broader entertainment experience in addition to its main appeal as a bowling destination.”
Says Scott Player, Airborne managing director: “Reece Mastin is ideal for the campaign because he is a highly popular identity in both music and social media and a great fit to convey the diversity of the AMF centres to our target markets.”
In addition to an ‘Unlimited Bowling’ offer, the new campaign highlights other aspects of the AMF Centres, including entertainment space, laser games and available meal deals.
Airborne has created a 30-second cinema ad, 30-second and 10-second radio spots as well as significant digital, social media and promotional elements to drive the campaign, which also includes opportunities to mix with Mastin in person at various AMF Bowling venues.
The campaign is targeted towards 7-17-year-olds and parents.

This is hilarious
@Scott Player
What do you mean when you say “a great fit to convey the diversity of the AMF centres to our target markets”?
Are you say there are differences from one AMF location to another?
can we call them what they are; a media agency’s production arm, rather than creative agency? would also help make sense of the work….
Reece Mastin should fire his agent.
Best Christmas gift ever.
