D&AD ceremony date set for Thurs, May 22 – deadline extended to Feb 5 with 20% surcharge

This year’s D&AD Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday 22 May. The event will be at Battersea Evolution, and tickets are now on sale for those feeling confident enough to snap up the best tables.

Judging for the Awards will take place between 24 – 28 March. In Book and Nomination winners will be announced throughout the week, with Pencil winners revealed at the Ceremony on 22 May.

The official entry deadline for this year’s Awards is Wednesday 29 January. A one-week extension will be made until Wednesday 5 February with a 20% surcharge, but after that D&AD will not be able to accept any more entries – strictly no further extensions. This reflects the processing time needed as the number of entries to the Awards continues to increase year on year.

If entrants are posting physical entries, they need to ensure they reach D&AD by 5 February.
