HanknFritz.jpgAward-winning creative duo Mike Fritz and Chris ‘Hank’ Hanrahan have joined DDB Melbourne as art director and copywriter respectively. They’ve had work shortlisted and awarded at Cannes, One Show, BADC, Young Lions and the New York Festivals.

They come from BWM Melbourne, where the pair worked across a range of clients including Kmart, Bird’s Eye, Leggo’s, John West and the Spring Racing Carnival.

Fritz and Hanrahan says they are excited to join DDB Melbourne as the agency continues to build on the strong creative momentum of 2013. Says Fritz and Hanrahan: “We loved the amazing work Darren and the team have done recently. To be given an opportunity to help them do even more was too good to pass up.”

Says Darren Spiller, DDB Melbourne executive creative director: “It’s great to be in the position that we’re in now, when super-talented people are proactively calling us about wanting to work here, instead of the other way around. I’m really proud of the quality of work that DDB has produced in the last 12 months. I’ve got one of the strongest creative departments that I’ve ever had.”
