Isn’t it time federal or state governments ran Danny Green’s powerful ‘One Punch’ campaign?

Danny Green.jpgWorld Champion Danny Green is hoping his ‘One Punch’ campaign – which he originally presented to the WA State Government in September 2012 – will go to air nationally.

As reported by CB in September 2012, Green launched the campaign – created by Perth agency SHED and production company Soul – off his own bat to help fight the senseless one punch attacks that are becoming more and more frequent throughout WA and across the rest of the country.

All Green needs now is the green light to be given at either a State or Federal Govt level to develop it to its full potential and hopefully help bring an end to these cowardly acts of random violence.

Soul Films director Martin Wilson had a longstanding relationship with The Green Machine and was approached directly by Green back in February 2012 to help produce a commercial to a level that could be marketed to the appropriate decision makers, with the aim being to get an integrated campaign up and running and in front of the young men of WA.

Soul gladly got on board with the project. Having assembled a production team, all they needed was a campaign idea and an initial script to shoot. At that point, Perth agency SHED was approached to provide the necessary creative fire power and were as equally enthusiastic to be involved in the project.
