Des Speakman-web.jpgAprais, Australia’s leading relationship measurement and management company, has appointed Des Speakman as a senior partner, joining Managing Director Richard Goodrich and Annie Goodrich, co-owners of Aprais Australia.

Speakman has several decades of extensive experience in marketing and communications. He was formerly a partner at Sweeney Research. Subsequent to that he held long term executive roles with two of Australia’s most innovative agencies – first as CEO of The Campaign Palace, and since 2002, as CEO of Whybin/TBWA. In addition, he has served as non-executive director for a number of companies.

Says Goodrich: “Aprais and the wider client/agency community are fortunate that Des has agreed to join us in working with our growing portfolio of high net worth relationships. Des has enormous experience with agencies and clients, running Whybin/TBWA, most recently, and The Campaign Palace, when it was at its peak as the benchmark agency in Australia.”

Says Speakman: “I am excited at joining Aprais as I know, from personal experience, its ability to add real value to client/ advertising agency relationships and in so doing build stronger and more effective working relationships.”

Aprais works with some of the best minds in the marketing industry across both the client and agency communities, who in partnership invite Aprais into their relationships to help them create true value and better work/results collectively for the agencies, the advertisers and their brands.

Goodrich – who 15 years ago helped launch and build the Relationships Measurement and Management category in Australia – added, “Our clients expect experience, wisdom and context from us to help them navigate the rapids of their relationships, and happily Des has all that in spades.”
