ghg Australia appoints Tim Brierley and Charles Huntington in managing partner roles; MD Elly Price to country director role at ghg London

ghg management team 1.jpgghg Australia has grown dramatically in the last 5 years, and is now building for further growth in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

This regional expansion sees the introduction of a new senior management structure of joint managing partners – Tim Brierley (near left) and Charles Huntington (far left). They will report in to ghg’s NY- based CEO, Lynn Vos and be responsible for building the already burgeoning regional business on ghg’s books.

Originally a small specialist medical-focused agency, ghg has seen over 200% growth in revenues with communication services and channels now including the whole gamut of health audiences – from consumer to patients to pharmacists, nurses and doctors.

Brierley is currently ghg Australia’s creative director and will build this role further to oversee creative and communications excellence for our expanding service offerings regionally. Brierley is one of the healthcare industry’s most highly-awarded creatives and his new role will see ghg take AsiaPac healthcare creative communications even further.

Says Brierley: “Asia is such a dynamic and fast- paced region and understanding each country’s nuances and differences makes for an exciting challenge.”

Huntington returns to ghg after a 2 year stint at URSAClemenger to lead and further develop the business direction for the agency.

Says Huntington: “ghg have shown that there’s masses of opportunity for growth in the health market and my new role of continuing the great work developed for current clients whilst pushing the business further into ANZ and Asia is a brilliant challenge.”

Elly Price, ghg Australia’s current managing director is returning to the UK to take up a country director role for ghg London. She has been involved with the immense growth of ghg since 2009 and is confident that the new senior team will bring a renewed energy and opportunity to the agency.
