Lotto NZ takes Kiwis on a winning ride in the latest campaign for Powerball via DDB NZ
Of all the things you can hope to experience in a lifetime, winning first division Powerball has to be one of the most mind-blowing, life-altering, impromptu high-fiving feelings on the planet.
The latest Powerball campaign for Lotto NZ by DDB takes Kiwis along for that winning ride.
The campaign follows down-to-earth Kiwi bloke, Craig, in three 30″ and nine 15″ spots as he wins big. So uncontrollable is his outpouring of happiness, he heads off in a spontaneous high-fiving spree around the planet. From his home town he travels the globe sharing his winning feeling with everyone and everything that crosses his path.
After bumping paws with a grizzly bear, Craig high-fives Rio’s Christ Redeemer, babies, possessed zombies and Antarctic penguin colonies, before ending up on the moon.
Says Val Green, general manager of marketing for Lotto NZ: “At Lotto NZ we know that winning happens all the time and, when it does, it feels pretty good. We hope that the joy experienced by our character Craig in these ads will be infectious and encourage more Kiwis to buy a ticket for the chance to have their own winning feeling.”
Keep an eye out for Craig who is planning to continue his Powerball journey from outer space back to earth, a lot closer to home.
